Merit Badge Counselors by Badge: listing of merit badge counselors in the Bill Hart District. Please, please, PLEASE use consideration with this list: don't leave it lying around (it has folks' personal phone numbers and email addresses on it) and try to call your counselors during "reasonable hours" (not late at night or during the dinner hour). Remember, Scouts should be making the phone call, not parents. If your counselor does not return your call or email within a reasonable time, please contact Mrs. Lucas.
